Each prescheduled call will be $90.00/hour.

Our preventative maintenance program is available Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.
The Service Manager will schedule these calls.

Each of these calls will include:

• Visual inspection of machine
• Cleaning of the inside of the machine and the critical areas
• Lubrication
• Testing belts, drives, and other wear-intensive parts
• Performing standard adjustments (realignment) on feeds and guides as needed
• Recommendations on any repairs or parts required

The program does not include:

• Parts and shop supplies (all parts and shop supplies are billable)
• After-hours emergency breakdown calls (regular rates apply)
• Regular travel time is billable
